• To guarantee a reservation, room charges to be paid in advance.
• Bookings for the resort are held only against full non-refundable advance payment.
• All the cancellations made within 7 Days to the date of booking will be charged one day’s room rent as a retention charge.
• No advance will be refunded/adjusted & full retention will be charged in case of a cancellation received within 72 hrs. to the booking date.
• For individuals and corporate, confirmed bookings may be altered, cancelled or cut short if intimation in writing reaches the company via email within 72 hrs of prior arrival date.
