To guarantee a reservation, room charges to be paid in
advance.
Bookings for the resort are held only against full
non-refundable advance payment.
All the cancellations made within 7 Days to the date of
booking will be charged one day’s room rent as a retention charge.
No advance will be refunded/adjusted & full retention will
be charged in case of a cancellation received within 72 hrs. to the booking date.
For individuals and corporate, confirmed bookings may be
altered, cancelled or cut short if intimation in writing reaches the company via email
within 72 hrs of prior arrival date.
